Lower Body and Cardio Routine
We’re excited to help motivate and educate each one of you with our at-home workouts. We always want to focus on proper form and keeping you safe. In this workout, we want to focus on your lower body as well as increasing your heartrate with some cardio. Make sure to prepare the area you are working on prior to beginning the routine.
